Week 1: Your Vision
Establish a clear vision for yourself in your career.
This step will support you on getting clear for where you want to go and why.
The candidates who are able to succinctly tell their story of their vision for their career are the ones that not only get the interviews, but the opportunities come to them.
Week 2: Your Skills
Hone your Knowledge, Skills, Experience, and Attributes.
What makes any one of these important?
How do you express them in a resume or a job interview?
The candidates who understand how their unique combination of each of these components of a job description are more easily able to identify what might be a fit, what might not be a fit and inevitably stand apart from the rest of the crowd.
Week 3: Your Plan
Optimize your resume, identify job descriptions, hone your story.
In week three, we will focus on how to take all you generated in weeks 1 & 2 and translate that into whatever plan you need most.
You will get supported in how to best position your resume so that you get beyond the screening stage of interviews.
You will receive pro tips for nailing an interview.
Once you complete this program, you will:
Be empowered to succeed in the job search and interview process.
Demystify the job search process. Led by an expert who understands: the resume, the job application process, nailing the interview.
Open yourself to more possibilities and where to go next in your career.
Identify the right next role and confidently position yourself for it.

The Structure
An open enrollment, group format, this program is open to anyone around the world, at any experience level, who is currently unemployed and wants to succeed in their job search.
We will utilize a community Slack Channel as a mode of connecting with each other, as well as for direct messaging access to Carolyne throughout the program.
Sessions will be recorded. If you are unable to attend a session, you will be able to access the recording to review and work through the materials.
This program and pricing is ONLY available for displaced federal and corporate workers registered for the May cohort. If you are currently employed and interested in having access to the program, let us know. Future cohorts may be created.
